Low Intensity Laser Therapy

"Just as plants use the process of light energy in photosynthesis to create food energy, our bodies can use specific light energy to increase cellular energy for healing"

Low Intensity Laser Therapy produces beneficial photobiological and photochemical interactions within the body which can help relieve pain and repair injured tissue.  An increase in energy in area of pain or damaged tissue means that there is an increase in the rate and quality of healing.  This process is referred to as biostimulation.

Laser Therapy is a safe and effective form of treatment for many conditions.  Patients occasionally feel a warm or tingling sensation in the area as blood vessels dilate during treatment.  Side effects include mild soreness in the area as toxins are released and blood flow is restored.  The number of treatments required is individual to the person based on age, chronicity, condition and genetics.
